Our terms and conditions are governed by UK law. By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Hats In The House's relationship with you in relation to this website.

 

DELIVERY

Currently delivery is 3-5 days for ready to wear items. Bespoke items completion and delivery dates will be agreed individually at the consultation meeting.

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Tracked free shipping to UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Currently we are unable to ship orders to outside of the UK.

 

All orders require signing for proof of delivery.

 

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

 

If you would like to purchase or collect your order in our studio we would love to see you. Please email Lisa@hatsinthehouse.co.uk to arrange an appointment.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Refunds must be communicated in writing to us within 48hrs and returned within 7 days. Items must be returned unused and undamaged, in their original packaging and sent via tracked delivery service. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

 

BESPOKE ITEMS

Hats In The House Unique Millinery specialises in making bespoke pieces alongside the ready to wear collection. Bespoke items can be ordered by contacting us at the Stourport on Severn studio to schedule an appointment and placing an order. Prices are quoted, based on the consultation, at the time of the order. Any changes to the item after the original quoted price, may result in a price increase, subject  to your approval prior to proceeding. A deposit of 50% will be required before work begins on the commissioned order. The right of return and refund does not apply to custom or bespoke items.
